The Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) at LIBA is offered in disciplines such as Marketing, Finance, Economics, Systems, Human Resource Management, Decision Sciences, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, and other areas related to management and allied areas of research. The Institute offers full-time FPM as well as part-time EFPM Programmes.

Candidate
guidelines

The Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) is a doctoral-level programme aimed at developing scholars and researchers in the field of management. This programme is designed for individuals seeking to pursue careers in academia, research, or industry at advanced levels.
Candidates must fulfil one of the following criteria:

Any Two Year Master’s degree with at least 55% marks from a recognized university.

Professional qualification (CA/ICWA/CS) with at least 50% marks.

Relevant work experience (preferred but not mandatory).

Age Limit for FPM Candidates: 35 Years as on January 1st 2025.

Candidates must fill out the online application form available on the institute’s website. Required documents:

Academic transcripts (10th, 12th, UG, PG, etc.)

Valid entrance exam scorecard (if applicable)

Statement of Purpose (SOP)

Research proposal of 5000 words in Area of Interest.

Work experience certificate (if applicable)

Application fee payment of Rs 2500/-

. The duration of the Program will be a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years.
